How is this treatment administered?

This treatment is administered to the skin via a handheld device that sits on the skin's surface. It comes with 4 different cartridges (at 1.5mm, 3mm, and 4.5mm depth), which your doctor can use in a combination customised for you. The cartridges control the depth and frequency of the energy waves administered to your skin.

1.5mm - Is able to help improve pore size and skin tone by targeting the upper dermis with its wound-healing effect. Collagen is boosted, and the fibroblast is rebuilt.

3.0mm - Reaches the subcutaneous tissue and derma layer to help increase collagen production and elasticity.

4.5mm - It reaches the deepest layer, the SMAS. It uses thermal energy to tighten skin and increase a lifting effect, minimising wrinkles.

Is there any downtime? How painful is it?
