The general procedure for this treatment is the use of laser technology for skin tightening and reduction of fine lines around the eye region, thereby getting rid of or reducing the bags under the eyes.
Prior to the procedure, a topical numbing cream is applied. To protect the eyes, an eye shield similar to a contact lens is also required. During the procedure, the deeper layers of the skin will be heated by the lasers at 42 – 45°C. The Fotona Laser works on the inside of your under the eyelid to reduce the targeted fat below the under eyelid from the inside. This way, fat from the lower eyelid can be reduced without making any cuts or wounds (as in done in surgery). This heating will also stimulate collagen production. Collagen is an essential protein in the body particularly in the skin and regenerating them will give results such as a firm and tightened skin in the eyes.
Recommended treatment is at least 3 sessions. Sessions will vary on the patients’ eye bag condition and their response to the treatments.
Cambridge’s 4D Laser Eyebag Removal Treatment has no downtime, ideal for those who want to quickly return to their normal activities after the procedure. Recovery time is dependent on your skin’s healing speed. It is often advised to avoid heat exposure 48hrs after the laser treatment and appropriate sun protection is required.

The Eye Tip delivers a vibrating sensation combined with controlled heating to the treatment area. The device's built-in cooling system manages surface temperature throughout. Most individuals find the procedure tolerable without topical anaesthesia, though this may vary. A single treatment session is typical.
RF Microneedling combines fine microneedles with radiofrequency energy to deliver controlled thermal stimulus to the dermis and subdermal tissue around the eyes. Your doctor will assess your skin condition and recommend suitable treatment parameters at consultation.
A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment. The handpiece is passed over the periorbital skin, delivering RF energy at the preset depth. Mild warmth, pressure, or a prickling sensation may be felt. Sessions typically take 30 to 45 minutes. Eye shields are worn throughout.
