After your treatment, you should avoid:

• Physically strenuous activities for 24 hours
• Sauna or steamy baths for the first few days post-treatment
• Alcohol at least 24 hours after treatment (or 7 days post-treatment for best results)
• Facials, waxing, chemical peels, skin needling, microdermabrasion treatments
• Makeup for at least 12 hours
• Intense sun or UV exposure for the first few days

You can have Neurotoxin treatment at the same time, but it is ideal to wait at least two weeks before having other fillers in the same areas. As a precautionary measure, other treatments that utilise energy-based devices should also be held off.

Small lumps can form at the injection sites. These are normal and should subside within 4-6 hours of treatment. However, they can last for up to a day.
